The platform enables Clients to send communications via third-party providers, including SMS and email.
- Message delivery is not guaranteed
- Message and data rates may apply
- Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
SMS messages are only sent where user consent has been obtained through interaction with the platform.
By providing contact information through the platform, users may:
- Receive communications related to their request or interaction
- Opt in to receive SMS messages where applicable
Users may withdraw consent at any time.
The platform integrates with third-party services to provide functionality, including but not limited to messaging providers, email services, AI-powered tools, payment processors, and data infrastructure providers.
These services may process, transmit, or store data as necessary to perform their functions.
Connect Concierge does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
Clients retain ownership of the data they collect.
Connect Concierge acts as a processor of that data solely for the purpose of providing the platform.
The platform may include AI-assisted features that generate responses or suggestions based on data provided by Clients.
These outputs are automated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
Connect Concierge does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the appropriateness of all AI-assisted outputs before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect Concierge shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or communications
- Service interruptions or delivery failures
- Actions taken by Clients or users
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the platform for compliance with these Terms.
We may investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts engaged in unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
Where required by law or deemed appropriate, we may report such activity to relevant authorities.
The platform may operate on a subscription and/or usage-based pricing model.
Clients agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their use of the platform.
Usage limits, billing cycles, and pricing structures may vary and may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce new fees, or adjust usage limits with reasonable notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their usage and ensuring it aligns with their selected plan.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may collect a variety of information, including but not limited to:
- Personal information (such as name, email address, phone number)
- Information submitted through forms, chat interactions, or communications
- Organizational and account-related information
- Usage data, analytics, and interaction behavior

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive SMS messages related to your interaction.

We do not sell personal data.

- With the Client organization you interacted with
- With service providers necessary to operate the platform
We use third-party service providers to operate and support the platform, including but not limited to:

These providers may process data on our behalf as necessary to deliver platform functionality.
We do not control how these third parties operate and are not responsible for their independent practices.
